By accessing or using any service offered by HHM Core Products, a division of HHM Custom Homes LLC (“HHM Core,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, AI Receptionist, client portal, and any related tools or platforms, you (“Subscriber,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. Your continued use of our services following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
HHM Core Products provides AI-powered business tools for contractors and trade businesses, including but not limited to:

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial upon sign-up. No charges are applied during the trial period. At the end of the 7-day trial, your selected subscription plan will automatically begin billing unless you cancel before the trial ends.
⚠ To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription before your 7-day trial period expires. Cancellations made after billing begins are subject to the cancellation policy in Section 6.
Subscription Plans: HHM Core Products offers monthly subscription plans on a rolling basis. Plans are billed monthly from the date your trial converts to a paid subscription.
No Long-Term Contracts: All subscriptions are month-to-month. There are no annual commitments or long-term contracts required.
Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your client portal or by contacting us. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize HHM Core Products to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis for the subscription plan you selected.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 30 days of the billing date at (229) 404-5312 or through our Contact page.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your client portal or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your services through the remainder of the paid period.
Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, your service will remain active through the end of that billing cycle and will not renew.
Trial Cancellation: Cancellations made during the 7-day free trial period will not incur any charges.
Exceptions: Refund requests due to billing errors or technical failures on our end will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us promptly if you believe an error has occurred.
You agree to use HHM Core Products services only for lawful business purposes in connection with your trade or home service business. You agree NOT to:

Our AI Receptionist system answers calls on behalf of your business, qualifies leads, and books appointments using automated voice AI technology. By subscribing to our services:
⚠ Call recording laws vary by state. Many states require all-party consent before recording a call. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable recording laws in your state and the states in which your customers are located.
All content, technology, branding, software, AI models, workflows, and materials on the HHM Core Products platform are the exclusive property of HHM Custom Homes LLC or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your business during the active subscription period. This license does not grant you ownership of any HHM Core intellectual property.
You retain ownership of your business data, customer information, and content you provide through our platform. You grant HHM Core a limited license to use that data solely to provide and improve our services to you.
HHM Core Products services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HHM Core Products disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HHM Custom Homes LLC and HHM Core Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HHM Custom Homes LLC, HHM Core Products, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with:
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
